Q1. What was the original intention of undertaking as a partner of the relief plan?

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic in the last (2020) year, problems such as manufacturing chain disconnection, production shutdown, and city closures have seriously affected the global economic development. We have seen that many domestic companies operating in the international market are facing problems such as cutting orders, insufficient raw materials, and unable to deliver goods, and unable to visit domestic and foreign buyers. The economy is in a downturn, and the livelihoods of companies and employees are in trouble.

For these reasons, we are more than eager to help Taiwan companies, and we are honored to participate in this cooperation with TAITRA. We are able to use our marketing expertise and advertising experience to help Taiwan companies; through Google Keyword Planner, companies are able to enhance market exposure, seek more potential sales opportunities, and effectively reduce the revenue impact caused by the epidemic.

Q2. What kind of difficulties did you encounter during the production process?

The biggest difficulty encountered during the implementation period was that among the companies that cooperated with this time, many of them had less exposed to online marketing in the past and no advertising experience. Therefore, it took a long time to communicate with each other during the round-trip communication to make companies to have a preliminary conceptual understanding of keyword advertising. Further in the process, we have established an effective system and a standard process to reduce the cost of communication with the companies.

Q3. What was the most impressive thing during the cooperation of relief plan?

During this period of cooperation, we were most impressed by the thank-you letters from many companies. In the letters, we are mentioned that through our professional coaching, companies can obtain quality business opportunities and enquiries due to advertising media, and then turn them into sales order. During this specific epidemic period, with our assistance and efforts, we can make up for the gap in the effectiveness of business operations and allow revenue to grow against the trend. This is the most valuable moment for us.
